River Road Coffees is a Baton Rouge-based roaster that hand-blends whole-bean arabica coffee and roasts in small batches every week. The company operates with 2 to 10 employees and focuses on office coffee delivery, restaurants, convenience stores, and retail. Their trademarked Baton Rouge Blend uses beans selected from multiple regions, and in-house cupping sessions happen every Friday to maintain flavor consistency. They hold Organic certification, making them the only locally certified organic roaster in the Baton Rouge area. Custom roasts and grinds are available on request. The office service includes initial taste testing, equipment setup, scheduled delivery, stocking of supplies, and emergency replenishment through a dedicated service line. They provide commercial-grade brewing equipment and maintain it as part of the program. Their product line also includes single-origin Roastmaster Select coffees and Creole Cold Brew. Each bag is hand-packaged and date-marked.
