Pyramid FoodService provides vending, micro-markets, office coffee, pantry, and water filtration services across the Memphis metro and Mid-South region. The company formed in 2007 through a merger of GT Vending and Snacks 4-U, combining the operations of co-founders Jeremy McCoy, Tim Allgyer, and Greg Allgyer. Together, they bring over 75 years of industry experience. They acquired the Pappy’s Coffee brand, a local Memphis roaster, adding whole bean, ground, frac pack, and single-cup options to their coffee program. The office coffee service includes bean-to-cup, single-cup, and traditional brewers, along with brands like Folgers, Maxwell House, and Starbucks. Micro-markets feature glass-front coolers, open shelves, and self-checkout kiosks with credit card and mobile payment. An online ordering platform lets customers browse hundreds of products for direct delivery. Service areas include Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, Olive Branch, Southaven, and West Memphis.
