1. About Our Service
CoffeeDasher is an independent platform that researches and grades office coffee service providers across the United States and helps businesses find, compare, and request quotes from them. We are not an office coffee service provider. We do not sell, supply, install, or service coffee equipment, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider.
2. Editorial Independence & Provider Grades
The grades, rankings, reviews, and other assessments published on the Site reflect CoffeeDasher’s independent editorial opinion, based on our own research methodology and information available to us. Grades are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not guarantees, endorsements, or warranties of any provider’s quality, performance, pricing, or suitability for your needs. You are responsible for evaluating any provider before entering into an agreement. Learn more on our Disclosure page.
3. Quote Requests & Third-Party Providers
When you submit a quote request, we share your information with third-party providers and our quote-matching partner so they can contact you. Any transaction, contract, communication, or relationship between you and a provider is solely between you and that provider. CoffeeDasher is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, pricing, or conduct of any provider, and we make no warranties regarding them. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Informational Purposes Only
Content on the Site — including cost estimates, calculators, guides, and industry data — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Any cost figures or estimates are approximations, may vary widely, and do not represent a quote or an offer of service. Actual pricing is determined solely by providers.
5. Directory Listings
Providers may purchase directory listings on the Site. Paid listings are a form of advertising and do not influence how a provider is graded or ranked. Every provider is graded on the same criteria, whether or not they pay for a listing. See our Disclosure page for details on how listings and grading work.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, grades, rankings, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by CoffeeDasher or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or distribute our content without our prior written permission. “CoffeeDasher” and our logo are trademarks of CoffeeDasher and may not be used without permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect content or data without our permission

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoffeeDasher and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your dealings with any provider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoffeeDasher from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any provider.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
