Day Break Coffee Roasters operates the largest coffee roastery in West Texas out of its Lubbock headquarters at 1403 Avenue F. Founded in 1991 by Scott Gloyna, the company roasts imported beans from South America, Central America, and Africa. They function as a full-service office coffee provider and wholesale supplier for coffee shops and large-scale operations across Texas and New Mexico. Owners Scott Gloyna and Jeff Fisher make annual trips to origin countries to inspect plantations and sample products firsthand. The company also offers equipment sales, installation, and repair, with technicians certified on Nuova Simonelli, La Marzocco, and Bunn systems. Private labeling and nationwide shipping are available through their wholesale division.
