Legend Food Service

Legend Food Service launched in 2017 as a technology-focused vending and food services company based in East Haven, Connecticut. Since then they’ve acquired seven additional companies and expanded across the mid-Atlantic, from northern Virginia to southern Massachusetts. The company runs three offices, with the CT headquarters handling about 20 cities across the state. Services cover micro markets under the Orchard Bistros brand, office coffee under Bistro Brews, vending, pantry service, catering, water filtration, and office supply delivery. Coffee equipment includes Flavia, De Jong Duke Nio bean-to-cup machines, and traditional brewers, paired with local and national coffee brands. Their proprietary ServCycleTech platform tracks product movement from warehouse to breakroom. LinkedIn lists 201 to 500 employees.
